About Kellogg Heritage Tours
Welcome to Kellogg Heritage Tours.
My name is Deidre and I founded Kellogg Heritage Tours to help preserve and share the stories, people, and places that shaped Forsyth County, Georgia.
As a lifelong student of local history, genealogy, and family heritage, I have spent years researching the families, communities, churches, cemeteries, businesses, and events that helped build this area.
Through that journey, I discovered that history is more than names and dates—it is the story of real people whose lives continue to shape our community today.
Kellogg Heritage Tours was created to bring those stories to life through guided walking tours, heritage experiences, historical research, and educational programs. My goal is to connect visitors and residents alike with the rich history that surrounds us every day.
Many of the stories shared through Kellogg Heritage Tours are supported by historical records, local archives, family collections, photographs, maps, and firsthand accounts. I also work with local historians, preservation organizations, genealogists, and historical resources to help ensure information is researched and presented with care.
Whether you are interested in local history, genealogy, architecture, cemeteries, community traditions, or simply discovering the hidden stories behind familiar places, I invite you to join me on a journey through Forsyth County's past.
