Cancellation Policy

PARTICIPANT WAIVER & RELEASE By completing this booking you confirm you have read and agree to the following for yourself and all guests in your booking. Nature of Activity. You are joining a guided walking tour through historic downtown Cumming, GA. Tours involve walking on public sidewalks and streets that may be uneven, sloped, or wet. Assumption of Risk. You voluntarily assume all risks including physical injury from uneven surfaces, traffic, and weather. Age & Supervision. All guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the full tour. The accompanying adult accepts full responsibility. Any minor who is disruptive or poses a safety risk may be removed without refund. Medical Fitness. You confirm all guests are physically capable of participating. Conduct. You agree to comply with the Kellogg Heritage Tours Behavior Policy. Guests who fail to comply may be removed without refund. Release of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Kellogg Heritage Tours, its owner, guides, and affiliates from any and all liability arising from participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. CANCELLATION POLICY All bookings are non-refundable. You may transfer to another available date with 24+ hours notice. No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours of tour start are not eligible for refunds or transfers. If Kellogg Heritage Tours cancels due to weather, safety, low enrollment, or unforeseen circumstances, you may choose a full refund or transfer. CASH PAYMENT (if you selected Pay with Cash) Arrive 10 minutes before your tour at the meeting point with exact cash ($23). Guests who have not paid before the tour departs cannot join. No exceptions. No card fallback on the day.
